PRIVACY POLICY
The Health Sciences Centre Foundation (knows that you are concerned
about the privacy and security of your personal information. At the
Health Sciences Centre Foundation, we agree that your personal
information deserves protection. As a result, we are committed to
providing you with a safe, secure and confidential data exchange
experience. To this end, the Health Sciences Centre Foundation complies
with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act
(Canada) and voluntarily adheres to the Ethical Fundraising &
Financial Accountability Code of the Canadian Center for Philanthropy
and the Donor Bill of Rights of the Association of Fundraising
Professionals.

Use of Personal Information:
Personal information is collected to allow customized service to
Health Sciences Centre Foundation supporters. For example, Health
Sciences Centre Foundation supporters may receive newsletters, annual
reports and information packages or solicitations pertaining to
supporters.
Disclosure of Personal Information:
The Health Sciences Centre Foundation will not disclose your name,
address, phone number or e-mail address to other organizations for list
exchange purposes or to businesses. The Health Sciences Centre
Foundation will not knowingly disclose your credit card or other bank
information.
The Health Sciences Centre Foundation will use all reasonable
efforts to ensure that your personal information is not disclosed to
any of these other organizations or businesses if you have checked the
exclusion box(es) in a response vehicle.
Security Safeguards:
The Health Sciences Centre Foundation will not use or disclose your

collected, except with your consent or as required by law. Strict

by the Health Sciences Centre Foundation.
